Hi, I'm Sophie.
DGSF-Certified Systemic Coach, located in Berlin, Germany.
My journey has been a quest for belonging and stability and while the world continues to shift, I've found a sense of peace within myself. Born in Germany, I spent formative years in Canada, fostering a bicultural identity. Returning to Germany just half a year before Covid-19, I experienced a surprising reverse culture shock. Going back to a familiar place that unexpectedly felt foreign had me re-evaluating my values and what it means to feel at home somewhere. This experience equipped me to empathize even more with those facing transitions, displacement, or questioning their place in the world.
Fueled by a lifelong drive for growth, I've learned to embrace challenges, heal from past experiences, uncover what truly matters to me, and live more true to my values. This journey also instilled in me a deep respect for individual paths. Everyone has a unique story, and the solutions that work for one person may not work for another.
This is why I take a personalized approach to coaching. By understanding your individual experiences and values, I can support you in finding your own sense of belonging, purpose, and growth.

Why systemic coaching?
This quote above has long resonated with me for two reasons.
First, it captures the essence of self-discovery and empowerment, echoing my belief that individuals inherently possess the wisdom needed to navigate their own lives. It underlines the notion that the solutions we seek are often within reach—whether within our own understanding or intertwined within the complexities of our lives.
Secondly, it speaks to the limitations of external advice, highlighting that while others may offer insights, only we truly know what's best for ourselves.
And because I deeply resonate with these beliefs and have experienced firsthand the power of finding the answers within, systemic coaching is the approach that most aligns with my personal values.
'Systemic' also means that we don't just look at you in isolation, but as part of a complex network of relationships and influences. This holistic approach enables you to gain deeper insights and achieve lasting change.
As a systemic coach, my role is not to provide answers or dictate your path. Instead, I serve as a facilitator, guiding you through a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Through attentive listening and thoughtful questioning, I support you unearthing the answers that already lie within you or within the intricate dynamics of your life. Through our collaborative process, you'll have the opportunity to embrace solutions that resonate with your inner wisdom and values.
